POSITION: Instructional Coach - State Funded Auxiliary Position (grades 6-12)

POSITION AVAILABLE: 2025-2026 School Year

POSITION OVERVIEW: Open Door Christian Schools is seeking a full-time Instructional Coach for the 2025-2026 school year. The Instructional Coach is responsible for working with students who have a wide range of learning abilities and challenges. The primary focus of this position will be to serve students in grades 6-12. This position is funded through the School’s state-funded auxiliary program; as such, the Instructional Coach will be an employee of the Educational Service Center of Lorain County. The Instructional Coach reports directly to the Director of Student Services.

The Instructional Coach position is a full-time, exempt position that is paid an hourly salary (for 10 months of the year) as determined by the Educational Service Center of Lorain County.
