We are deeply thankful for the many ways these families and friends support us and the students who benefit from such generosity. Scholarship Grant Tax Credit

Taxpayers now have a cost-free way to make a significant contribution to the students at Open Door Christian Schools. Thanks to Ohio's new state tax credit, individuals who contribute to a Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) can receive a dollar-for-dollar state tax credit for up to $750. Furthermore, you may designate your gift for ODCS students only.

Prayer Champion

Go to our Pray With Us page to learn more about how you can be an active participant in our prayer ministry. We need prayer partners who consistently place the efforts of our school in front of our Lord.

Volunteer Time and Talent

Many people dedicate their time and talent to ODCS. We would love to welcome you into our family. ODCS consistently is looking for dedicated individuals who can share life experience with our students. Opportunities include student internships, career fairs/presentations, specific skill training, manual labor, and more! Cash Gifts

Giving to ODCS is easy online. Outright gifts by check or cash are immediately available for the school’s use in implementing a wide variety of daily programs and initiatives at ODCS. Matching Gifts

Many corporations afford you the opportunity to double or triple the impact of your gift to ODCS through an employer-sponsored corporate matching gift program. Information on matching gifts is typically available in a company’s personnel or human resources office, or you can contact the office of the President at 440.322.6386 or at denver.daniel@odcs.org.

In-Kind Gifts

In-kind gifts support and enhance ODCS clubs, sports, and activities. Each year, in-kind gifts allow our school to be more to our students than what we could do otherwise. Please contact the office of the President at 440.322.6386 or at denver.daniel@odcs.org if you would like to discuss further.

Legacy and Memorial Gifts and Bequests (Planned Giving)

Making a Memorial Gift is a wonderful way to remember an alumnus, staff member, or friend by contributing in a way that continues to give to others. Gifts can be mailed to ODCS at 8287 West Ridge Road, Elyria, Ohio 44035.
