POSITION: Head Coach - Girls Varsity Softball

POSITION AVAILABLE: 2025-2026 School Year

POSITION OVERVIEW: Open Door Christian Schools is seeking a Head Coach for Varsity Girls Softball for the 2025-2026 school year.  The Varsity Girls Softball Coach will be an Evangelical Christian believer who serves our students and families and who embraces the School’s mission of equipping disciples through exemplary education. 

We are seeking a Christ-centered, passionate, and knowledgeable individual to lead our high school softball program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to spiritual and athletic development, and the ability to positively impact student-athletes both on and off the field.

Previous head coaching experience is preferred but not required. Any prospective coach must possess, or be able to obtain, a Pupil Activity Permit through the Ohio Department of Education and all of the required coaching licensure as determined by OHSAA.
