SCRIP 2011 – 2012 – It’s easier to order!

Open Door Christian School’s Scrip program is in full swing again! If you have never used the Scrip program, now is the time for you to come on board. By purchasing gift cards for your regular shopping you can accumulate credits that can be applied to your ODCS tuition and fees or given to ODCS as a charitable contribution. Scrip credits will be dispersed to family accounts November and April of each school year. Scrip orders can now be placed via the ODCS website by clicking here! The ODCS Enrollment Code that you will need to set up your Scrip account is 7LC17L181136.

When you purchase gift cards through the Scrip program you will receive 80% of the card’s discount amount. ODCS will retain 20% of the rebates received from your Scrip purchases as an administrative fee to cover shipping and other costs. Any remaining proceeds not needed to cover costs will be given to the Patriot Pride Athletic Booster Club. Your Scrip credits will be applied to accounts in April and November.

Great Lakes Scrip Center is America’s largest Scrip provider; their website, shopwithscrip.com, allows families to shop online. Your individual family account will make it easy to track purchases and will enable you to see the discount amount you have accumulated.

Scrip orders can be paid online via the shopwithscrip.com website Presto-Pay link. Presto-Pay allows you to pay for your purchases online from your checking account. Their sign up is easy and secure and only costs .39¢ per order. Presto-Pay is the only way ODCS will process Scrip orders.

Many of the Scrip cards are “reloadable”, meaning you can add funds to the card you already have.

Our revised Scrip schedule for ordering is as follows:

Place your Scrip order via the ODCS website by Thursday mornings at 9:00. Your cards will be available for pick up at the ODCS library on Tuesdays between 2:45 and 3:30. If you would like for your student to pick up your cards you may complete a release form available in the High School office and turn it into the ODCS Business Office.

Scrip is a GREAT way to earn credits to offset your tuition and fees. One of our parents shared with us recently that they earned enough Scrip credits one year to pay for their student’s senior class trip…several hundreds of dollars!
