Open Door Christian Schools is excited to once again offer SCRIP, a program where families can do their regular shopping using gift cards from leading retailers. With each gift card purchase, families will retain 90% of the discount amount that can then be applied to tuition, fees or other designated areas. The discount will be credited to each family’s account in both April and November. The remainder of the discount amount will generate funds for Patriot Pride, which supports our athletic programs.

In the course of tracking of our students’ academic progress, ODCS made a purposeful decision last year to revise certain aspects of our student report cards.

Volunteers have literally saved our school tens of thousands of dollars each year. The school places a very high value on each volunteer hour of service. Although each school family is asked to volunteer for at least one activity a year, most families volunteer more.

Over the years, supportive parents have been instrumental in building ODCS to a remarkable level of excellence. The privilege of a lower-than-cost tuition has opened the doors for prayer, faith, and virtue. Our schools families' prayers, involvement in their children's education and school activities, volunteer hours, and financial contributions have REFLECTED CHRIST. Parents continue to be significant partners in providing an outstanding Christian education.

2010-2011 School Year

All Students:

• One box of zip-lock bags (quart or gallon)
• One package of paper plates
• One box of tissues
• One roll of white paper towels

• One large box of Honey Nut Cheerios
• One roll of wax paper or aluminum foil
• One package of large zip-lock containers (w/lids)

• One package 5 oz. Dixie cups

Clip Box Tops and earn cash for our school. Visit www.boxtops4education.com for a current list of your favorite products. Each coupon is worth 10¢ when we redeem them from General Mills. Campbell's Labels for Education
UPC codes or lids from Campbells, Pepperidge Farm, Prego, Franco American, V8, and V8 Splash Smoothies can be saved to earn free equipment for ODCS.
