Open Door Christian Schools is excited to announce the launch of our new Facebook fan page. Social media like Facebook has become a powerful way for people to connect as our lives scatter us around the world. The ability to quickly upload information and for people to respond allows alumni, parents, and anyone else who is part of the ODCS family to stay in contact and know what is happening with the school and with each other.

We invite you to check out our page. We already have a number of photo albums from various school activities from this year on the site. We will post additional photos and videos as we move through the many activities for the year. In addition to these albums, we will also post news items that will be of interest to members of our ODCS community. If you are already on Facebook, you can find the page by searching for our username, ODCS.Patriots. Be sure to become a fan of the page, so that you receive updates automatically. If you are not a user of Facebook, you can still see all the content (but you cannot post any comments) at www.facebook.com/ODCS.Patriots.

We recognize that our families have diverse attitudes towards the use of sites like this, and we want to leave decisions for students’ use of these sites to our parents. Because of this, we do not permit student use of these sites from any school computer. At no time will students be required to use this site, nor is the ODCS Facebook fan page intended to be a social networking site for our students.
