Dear ODCS Families,

As the new Preschool/Elementary principal it is my privilege to welcome you to the new 2010-11 school year.

As I settle in to a brand new geographical location and get acquainted and begin to work with new partners in Christian education, I am awed at the providence of God and how He reveals His plans and will for us.

Several years ago National Geographic published an article describing the restoration of the Statue of Liberty in New York. While reading the article, a few sentences seemed to jump out. The author was describing how the workers stripped away the years of layered tar that had been used to protect the Statue’s integrity. The article described that when layer after layer had been removed, what remained were the original hammer marks of the artisans.
