Our guidance staff provides individual attention to each senior, and works diligently to review college applications for completeness, accuracy, and offers practical advice targeted to help students gain acceptance into the college of their choice. We provide students with:
- A central point to organize college and scholarship applications
- Insightful recommendations designed to enhance each student's greatest attributes
- Convenient photocopying and mailing of completed applications
- Tracking application status
Students and parents are welcome at any time to view resources that include:
- College catalogs, view books, and applications
- College search books · Scholarship and financial aid booklets
- Computer designated exclusively to search college information via the Internet, register for ACT/SAT testing, apply online to colleges, apply for a Federal PIN, or to file the FAFSA form online
College bound seniors are encouraged to visit and research colleges. Counselors are also available to meet privately with students and their parents to discuss college issues. In addition, our department is active throughout the year --meeting with seniors and juniors to disseminate information as it is received; hosting our bi-annual Christian College Fair and Financial Aid Seminar; and publishing a monthly newsletter for seniors. Our staff is available Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or you may reach us by telephone at (440) 322-6386. We look forward to serving you during this exciting phase of your student's life. |
