2007
The 2007 Season was a drastic improvement in the on-field success of the baseball program. The team achieved the second most wins in school history with a 10-11 record. Junior Kyle Beiswenger set three single season school records by earning 6 victories, striking out 48, and pitching 54 innings. At the plate, Sophomore Adam Bollinger led the team in hitting with a .455 batting average. Juniors Jake Dodd and Aaron Overs both had 24 runs batted in and Junior Jason Gwin scored 24 runs in a very strong team offensive season. The Patriots lost in the second round of the OHSAA Tournament to eventual district champions Cuyahoga Heights. Senior Jimmy Morrison represented the Patriots at the Senior All-Star game at the PipeYard and in the NEOBCA All-Star Game at Jacob's Field. Juniors Jason Gwin and Aaron Overs were named Honorable Mention All-County.

2006
The 2006 Season was one of promise. The team started 6 underclassmen on most afternoons and faced the most daunting schedule in school history. The team finished a disappointing 4-12 but showed great strides forward and promise for the future as almost the entire team will return for next season. Senior Jordan Oleszczuk led the way batting .525 on the season and leading the team in RBIs, SBs, and homeruns while being named to the All-County Team. He and Senior Chris Helland represented the Patriots at the All-Star Game held at Vermilion High School. Sophomore Kyle Beiswenger led the team in wins, strikeouts, and innings pitched after being called up from the JV team just before the half-way point of the season. The team demonstrated great character and unity throughout the season and the coaches are excited about what the future holds for Patriot Baseball.

2005
In 2005, the men of baseball posted a 7-7 record. This was a steady trend in the continual improvement of the program that has increased it's win total each of the last three seasons. The 2005 team accomplished some amazing statistical achievements during a rain shortened season. As a team, the Patriots stole 98 of 98 bases on the season, never getting thrown out. Leading the way was Freshman Aaron Overs with 28 stolen bases. As individuals, the team set some other significant marks. Senior T.J. Hutman broke the single season school record for runs batted in by driving in 28. Senior Adam Freeman led the team with 4 home runs, and Senior Matt Carratola led the way at the plate setting a new single season school record by batting .564 for the season.

2004
In 2004, the Patriots posted a 6-10 record. Junior David Phillips led the way on the mound earning 3 wins for Patriots while posting a 2.55 ERA. The Patriots defeated Lake Ridge in the First Round of the OHSAA Tournament before losing to Loran Catholic in the Second Round. Senior Anthony Demaria led the team at the plate batting .476 on the season with 12 RBIs. Senior Bryant Adams turned in an errorless season at First Base while posting a .417 batting average for the season. The Patriots look to continue the improvement of the program for future seasons.
