Withdrawal Policy

An exit interview must be completed by the parent or guardian and a withdrawal form must be completed and received by ODCS before a student is considered withdrawn.  The following penalties will apply:

1.  If a student withdraws after re-enrolling but prior to March 15th no penalty will be charged.  The enrollment fee is not refundable.

2.  If a student withdraws after re-enrolling, between March 15th and the first day of school, 10% of the annual tuition and facility fee will be charged.

3.  If a student withdraws between the first day of school and September 30,

     30% of the annual tuition and facility fee will be charged.

4.  If a student withdraws between October 1 and the last day of the 2nd quarter,

     75% of the annual tuition and facility fee will be charged.

5.  If a student withdraws anytime on or after the first day of the 3rd quarter,

    100% of the annual tuition and facility fee will be charged.

 

Note:  A written appeal to waive the withdrawal penalty, presented to the ODCS Business Office, will be considered if extraordinary circumstances arise, i.e. 1) the family relocates out of the area 2) the family experiences a reduction in income.
